At Fiberapp SRL (“we”, “our”, “us”), we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Warranty & Service Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities in the event that a product requires repair, replacement, or service.

By purchasing from fiberapp.ro, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products sold through fiberapp.ro are covered by a legal warranty in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU consumer protection laws.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden faults that affect the normal use of the product.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is typically 24 months, unless otherwise specified.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage.
  • Wear and tear from normal usage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or external factors (moisture, heat, power surges, etc.).
  • Products with missing or altered serial numbers or labels.

3. Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty:

  1. Contact us at comenzi@fiberapp.ro with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. If applicable, include photos or videos showing the defect.
  3. We will review your request and provide instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement.

4. Repair or Replacement

  • If the product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer an equivalent product or a full refund.
  • The repair or replacement process may take up to 30 calendar days from the date the defective item is received.

5. Out-of-Warranty Service

After the warranty period has expired, we may still offer paid service and repairs, depending on product type and availability of parts.

6. Return Shipping for Warranty Service

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our service center, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We cover the return shipping cost for approved warranty claims.
